Physical Product
– Product photo must include :

2) Printed Vendor Name or Logo
3) Printed ASAP Logo
4) Bulk quantity (Be a vendor, Show like a vendor)

Digital products

1) No illegal duplicate/clone listing.
eg. Paypal account 5000 balance, Paypal account 5500 balance
2) No misleading content, if we found any misleading content, all orders will be refunded
3) Strictly no FE. Except for very reputable digital vendors.
4) Any of the violation will be charge with huge penalty and removal of all listings.

Dispute
1) Provide tracking status to staff or buyer, for tracked shipment
2) If listing is deleted, order will be refunded immediately. Disable it if out of stock / sold out
3) More than 30% dispute rate, account will get suspend or permanently banned

General

– Do not/ never / attempt/selective to scam any buyers , we have a special feature to hunt down scamming vendors and buyers. We will CONFISCATE ALL YOUR FUND AND REFUND ALL ESCROW TO BUYERS if we caught with solid evidence.

– Misleading Listing on ASAP Market will receive a permanent ban. For example like physical listing listed as digital product. Any user reporting this will receive a 20USD coupon from support. First come first serve!
– Never send any onion or redirect links exclude any ASAP Market related in messages, an immediate ban will be execute.

– Any Vendor caught dealing outside market like wickr, jabber, email are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED! Vendor status will be disable immediately without any refund. In some cases vendors will be allowed to pay a penalty of 1000 USD. Except for vendors using our personal vending shop platform. Due to Opsec issue, 3rd party messaging is not under our control and may allow LE to tap.

– ASAP Market encourage all buyers and vendors to keep their wallet low in balance for personal safety and insurance
– Escrow Orders will be auto-finalized in

You must have 10000 sales on ASAP Market with more than 95% positive feedbacks. Anyone applying for FE without the eligibility will be banned as it’d be considered scamming attempt. – ALWAYS remind buyers to encrypt sensitive information when placing orders, never store buyers information!
